1. Service Guarantee

At ROOT Therapy Clinic, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our therapy sessions. This means:

• After your first three sessions, you will begin to "feel better," and your outlook on the future will shift positively.

• If, after the third session, you do not feel more equipped to cope than you did before your first session, you are entitled to a full refund for the third session.

2. Refund Process

• If you wish to apply for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours following your third session.

• To initiate the refund process, please contact us via email at info@roottherapy.co.uk or by telephone at 07803 517887.

• Include your name, session date, and a brief explanation of why you feel the therapy has not met your expectations.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required prior to or at the time of the session. If you choose to pay in advance and subsequently request a refund, the full amount for the second session will be refunded within 14 days of your request.

4. No Miracle Cures

• The therapy services provided are based on established neuroscience principles. While we strive to help you achieve positive outcomes, we do not guarantee miraculous results or instant fixes.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and actively participating in the therapeutic process.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ROOT Therapy Clinic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
