How long are therapy sessions?Sessions typically last 80minutes, depending on the specific treatment and your needs.

How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions required varies by individual and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Many clients notice positive changes within the first few sessions.

Do I need a referral to see a therapist?No referral is necessary. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment.

What should I expect during my first session?Your first session will involve a comprehensive assessment, where we discuss your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. This helps us create a tailored treatment plan.

Is therapy confidential?Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Information shared during sessions is kept private and will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.

What are your fees?Our fees are £90.00 per one hour thirty minutes session

Do you accept insurance?We currently do not accept insurance but can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

How do I prepare for my first therapy session?Come with an open mind and a willingness to share. It can also be helpful to think about what you want to achieve in therapy.

Can I bring someone with me to my sessions?You may bring a trusted friend or family member if it makes you feel more comfortable. However, keep in mind that therapy is most effective when it’s a personal experience.

What if I am in crisis or need immediate help?If you are in crisis or require urgent assistance, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline. We encourage you to reach out for immediate support.

How do you measure progress in therapy?We regularly check in on your goals and feelings throughout the process. Progress is measured by your self-reported feelings and improvements in your daily life.

What happens if I want to end therapy?You can choose to end therapy at any time. We recommend discussing your decision with your therapist to ensure a smooth transition.

Are your therapists qualified and experienced?Yes, all our therapists are qualified professionals with relevant certifications and extensive experience in their respective fields.

Can therapy be conducted online?One of our Therapists (Scarlett) can offer services over zoom as well as in clinic for clients that do not wish to or for some reason cannot visit the clinic in person.
